  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after the return is received and inspected.

  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Return Policy – Insole Shapes

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unworn products in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, used or worn insoles are not returnable.

  • Exchanges for size or fit are allowed on unused items. In all cases customers are responsible for return item shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be replaced or refunded.
