Return & Exchange Policy – Insole Shapes

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn insoles are non-returnable.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchanges are permitted for size or fit issues only, provided the insoles are unused and in original packaging.

In all cases customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.
